Languages in the WORKPLACE
Using Your Languages
If you speak more than one language and wish to use these skills throughout your career, or refine your existing skills, bespoke commercial training in translation, interpreting and business culture is the answer.
Speaking more than one language does not make a person a Translator or Interpreter.
If someone speaks English, it does not mean that they could successfully write a book in English - learning how to write is an additional skill. The same applies for using multiple languages.
Our commercial translation training and interpreting training services are for people who already speak the second language, and need to enhance their skills in written Translation and/or verbal Interpreting.

“I would just like to thank you and your team for supporting the training that we delivered at Jaguar Land Rover Brazil and contributing towards the success that it was.”

ASSESSING THE STARTING POINT
To provide the optimal training package, it’s crucial for us to understand where each learner is starting from. We provide assessments for each student, which leads us to understand their current capabilities, specific areas of knowledge and the areas in which they wish to excel. This often leads us to categorise learners as at the Elemental, Intermediate or Advanced stage, and we build course modules specific to each stage of the learning process.
OUR CREDENTIALS
We are the sister company of Talking Heads - a successful commercial translation and interpreting provider (LSP - Language Services Provider), operating since 1999. We therefore have first-hand experience in the skills, services and knowledge required in commercial situations, many of them high-profile. We use our experience to make yours complete.
“I wanted to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided for me in helping my Farsi speaking customer.
Because of the excellent service you and your interpreter provided, we have been able to really help our customer and assist him in overcoming a number of problems that we would not have fully understood without a high-level interpreting service.
Your interpreter is a truly inspirational man.”

“You provided translation and interpreting services for a group of academics from Brazil on our behalf in October.
At very short notice, you were able to assess the needs of the delegation, research the sector (Biorenewable Energy) and provide a first class interpretation service at a seminar we were organising. I would not hesitate to engage you again.”
